Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DRRBG Foundation, we sincerely appreciate the generosity and support of our donors. Every contribution helps us advance our mission of creating a positive impact through education, healthcare, community development, environmental conservation, and social welfare initiatives.

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a donation.

1. Donations

All donations made through www.drrbgfoundation.in are voluntary and are used to support the charitable activities and programmes of DRRBG Foundation.

2. Refund Policy

As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, all donations are generally non-refundable.

However, a refund may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • A duplicate donation was made due to a technical error.
  • An incorrect donation amount was processed because of a payment gateway or system error.
  • The transaction was completed without the donor’s authorisation.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of DRRBG Foundation shall be final.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the donation transaction.

Please include the following details:

  • Donor Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of Donation
  • Donation Amount
  • Reason for the Refund Request

4. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor.

If a payment has been initiated but not successfully completed, no amount will be charged.

6. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount has been debited from your account, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or payment service provider within their standard processing time.

If the amount is not reversed within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank first. You may also contact DRRBG Foundation for assistance.

7. Changes to This Policy

DRRBG Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated effective date.
